Jeff and Penny Vinik Family Foundation Club at Winston Park
EnviroBuild partnered with owners of the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, and the Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department to construct this 10,500 square foot Design-Build LEED project focused on bringing green technology and sustainable design. This energy-efficient design is the first LEED v4 Certified buidling in the Tampa area. The building features a 360-degree centralized view and incorporates both natural and intelligent lighting control systems. This eco-friendly technology provides control and automation to illuminate specific areas in the facility while substantially reducing energy consumption levels. This state-of-the-art club also includes: an updated playground, a S.T.E.A.M. based technology lab, a game room, a teen center, a theater and a kitchen with a dining hall. With security and safety for the students being the utmost priority, electronically controlled access points were installed at all entryways.
NHL-Honda All Star Legacy Project
The project included a partnership with NHL, Tampa Bay Lightning and the RISE Foundation. This 5,000 square foot street hockey rink was dedicated to the local community during the NHL’s ALL-STAR weekend. EnviroBuild worked alongside the NHL commissioners and the Lightning Team to aptly design the hockey rink and develop the site to expectations.


Sam & Laurice Hachem Foundation Club
This Design-Build project consisted of multiple additions to an existing structure and a complete interior renovation expanding the facility from 4,000-square feet to over 10,000-square feet. As you walk through the facility the center core of the space is an open collaborative bright and airy room with angled ceilings and linear lighting. Activity focused rooms boarder that main core. They include rooms dedicated to arts & crafts, music, technology, and other activities. The newly updated facility is specifically designed with the “girls” in mind and includes: a S.T.E.A.M. based art & design center, a butterfly garden, a cutting-edge technology lab, a game room, a teen center, a theater and a kitchen with a dining hall. The project was made possible by collective community effort and directly involved the Sam and Laurice Hachem Family Foundation, the Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay, the Hillsborough County School Board and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
HCSO Occupational Health & Wellness Center
This project encompassed a Design-Build for the construction of a new 1600 square foot expansion and the interior renovation of the existing building. The new addition included multiple exam rooms, Radiology room, breakroom and a new Nurses station with 14-foot curvature countertop and aluminum channel walls.

Lightning Made Training Facility
This unique project consisted of the construction and renovation of 7,000 SF warehouse space that included a check in area for hockey players, administrative offices, restrooms and a breakroom. Along with 2 ball hockey rinks inside the facility.

Oldsmar Hockey Rink
This facility at the Oldsmar Sports Complex consists of a 120′ x 60′ covered hockey rink with a Sport Court playing surface. Features include players benches, penalty box, scoreboard, and spectator bleachers.


Temple Terrace Boys & Girls Club
This joint venture with the Temple Terrace Police Department, Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay and the Hachem Foundation, consisted of a complete interior remodel and addition. Continuous organization with our client, achieved a successful Design-Build of a facility that best fit their needs. The prior open layout of the building was transformed into computer labs, activity rooms, multipurpose rooms, additional restrooms and a servery.


Lightning Hockey Rinks
After the successful partnership with the NHL on the All-Star rink, the Tampa Bay Lightning awarded EnviroBuild a contract to build over 10 hockey rinks around the Tampa Bay area.
